Playwright Kristen Palmer has a really neat blog called “Daily Plays“.
It’s a simple concept: Every day she reads a play and writes a post about it. She writes a brief synopsis followed by her reflections on the piece. Here’s an excerpt from her discussion of You Can’t Take it With You:
So, I teared up at the end. I always do. I’ve read this one before – got to be in it in High School – as the dancer – and it’s a beauty of a comedy.
