The University of British Columbia has a website up to promote their prodction of Ibsen’s The Master Builder. It is currently a work in progress, but promises to fill up quickly with all sorts of media about the production.
It’s just a simple one-page website but it immediately makes an emotional connection with the viewer and makes one want to see how the concepts are realized in the production.
This seems to be a simple format for anyone to follow, and could be a great collaborative project with the technology/media and art departments. Nothing fancy, just a single page with sections for things like:
- Set Design
- Costume Design
- Sound Design
- Production Photography
- Promotional Video Clip
- Production Poster
