Tips from past Producers

Spend time working on facial expressions and the timing of reactions to ensure the audience can see what you want them to see. When in gallery mode, it is hard to get the focus where you want it, so plan accordingly.
We have a small stage at our theatre so I couldn’t have everyone lined up. I had “Lucy” lying on the ground in front of a row of tables which I covered in black fabric. This worked well for us and provided another point of interest.
