Could this be the most dangerous play ever written?

With all the hullabaloo surrounding the injuries to performers in Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark you might think that it’s the most dangerous play ever written. Perhaps, but I’d like to suggest another title – Billy Houck’s Huge Hands, a short play in the A Box of Puppies collection.

W.A.T.C.H. has released this year’s “10 Worst Toys” list, which includes a certain set of oversized green hands:

It just so happens that Huge Hands was inspired by a certain pair of large green hands. Does this make Huge Hands the most dangerous play in the world? Let me put it this way – do you see any Spider-Man toys on the list?

And, as a special treat for reading this blog post, I’m happy to announce that Huge Hands/A Box of Puppies will be offered for free during tomorrow’s Free Play Sunday promotion. Just swing by our Facebook Page or our Twitter Stream on Sunday for the details.
