Puzzle Pieces: Competition Version

Puzzle Pieces: Competition Version

by Krista Boehnert

New competition version with added ensemble!

Deciphering others and yourself can be like putting together a puzzle. Everyone is a complex arrangement of different parts that must be pieced together to see the whole picture of a person.

The teens in Puzzle Pieces attempt to understand themselves and others by exploring the different puzzle pieces they are made of. Through personal and revealing monologues, characters share their fears, dreams and defining moments to reveal complex, imperfect, relatable individuals.

Honest, emotional and deeply human, Puzzle Pieces reminds us that everyone has a story worth listening to. Excellent script for character study, monologue class work and competition.
